Four books in, and I think the series is only getting better. Hopefully that continues as I have a long way to go.

One thing I really enjoy is the relationship between Eve and Roarke. I appreciate the fact that while things aren't always easy between them, you never once doubt their absolute love and commitment to each other. I also really appreciate the fact that neither of them were magically healed by falling in love. They both had absolutely horrendous childhoods, and have a lot of to deal with, and they are doing so. Now does being in love and having that someone to not only lean on, but who understands help? Absolutely. But, their issues haven't been suddenly hand waved away once they hooked up.

Also...Peabody is the literal best.
