It's so frustrating...

I'm reading through the comments (or at least trying to) in this post at GR, and it's really irritating me the way some of the commenters are essentially dismissing the complaints of others in regards to the font's lack of readability by being condescending and saying things like "You can't please everyone", and "change is hard for some people".

 

Ok, I don't like change, I'll admit that up front. But I can deal with it. What I cannot deal with is a font that makes my head ache from squinting my eyes, and therefore can only read a page, maybe two of comments before I have to leave the site. And I don't know if it has to do with the font change or what, but the white background is too white, and it feels almost like it's shouting at me it's so bright.
